Tangerina Punch

Tangerina Punch can be described as one of the new craft cannabis strains. With award-winning genetics like Mimosa and Blood Orange Tangie we have created a stable cross with the best characteristics of both strains. In the origins of one of the parents: Blood Orange Tangie we find Blood Diamond OG pure Indica which is one of the most potent phenotypes of the famous OG Kush on one side and on the other Purple Tangie a sativa dominant strain that won also several cups. Her other well known parent Mimosa does not need much introduction, famous hybrid with fruity smells and citrus aroma. She has also won few prizes and hearts around the cannabis community. With Tangerina Punch we can expect award-winning phenotypes.   

Tangerina Punch becomes a medium-sized sturdy and beautiful plant of about 1,5 m. in height. Some phenotypes have more Indica looking leaves and some have more of sativa - tangie looking leaves and structure of the plant. But once she starts flowering all phenotypes are showing heavy resin production even on smaller fan leaves. When the flowering phase begins the festival of colors starts to be visible with tones of blue-purple to orange-purple. The buds are more dense and thick and they start to get fully covered with trichomes very fast. We can find mostly 3 main phenotypes in this strain. All with flowering period between 8 and 10 weeks, depending on personal preferences. I recommend to not overfeed her and just keep it simple with the nutrients. Organic fertilizer has been proven very effective.  

Only by looking at her name and also knowing the origins we can already assume this is something for fruit and specially orange / clementine lovers. But once she starts flowering and during the drying process the smell of freshly peeled Grapefruit start to get strong. With valencene one of the main terpenes we also find limonene but with strong tones of sweet cake flavours. Her perfect balance of terpenes and cannabinoids makes Tangerina Punch one of the most special strains yet on the market. Some phenotypes have tested up 29% THC and very high concentration of terpenes. I love smoking and vaping this strain while having a jam session on a beach or in the nature. It makes me creative and uplifting but at the same time also strong punch of stoned sensations.
