2BI / Suzy Seeds does not handle complaints about germination and genetics of the seeds. Do you have another complaint, or comment, please contact us by mail. The complaints will be handled within 24 hours. You will receive a response by mail. Of course you can also ask to contact us by telephone.
Complaints or comments can be send by e mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please define clearly in the mail what is the reason of the complaint and your corresponding order number.
Right to return
Due to the Dutch law you can return your item within 14 days without any reason. After this period you have again 21 days to return the product if there is any issue with the products quality. We will not replace any products after 3 months.
If, on receipt, the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:
Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault) If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or refund. Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting. If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or refund. Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods.
The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.
