How much is the insurance and shipping costs?


Every order at Suzy Seeds is shipped world-wide, regardless of the amount of cannabis seeds, anonymously and free. This regards shipping by envelope/parcel. These orders are not traceable and the non-arrival of a parcel is at your own risk. We make photo's of each order. On request we send you the proof of sending. If you want to exclude all risks, you can choose for an insured shipment by POST NL. These extra costs will then be charged.

  1. Standard : Free (at own risk, these orders are not traceble, when your orders is lost it will not be replaced)
  2. Track and Trace : € 5,00 (at own risk, but traceble)
  3. Track and Trace & Insured : € 10,00 (insured and traceble)                                                                               
Can you advice my how to grow? 

NO, sorry it is not allowed by the law to give any growing information by mail or phone. E mails requesting information about growing will not be answered.

Can you send my order with UPS Express?

Yes we can, we can send your order with UPS Express. It will be deliverd the next day. This service has an extra charge of € 45,00. Please contact us by e mail if you have an express delivery. 

Is it legal to buy seeds?

Suzy Seeds is specialised in the sale of cannabis seeds for medicinal use. Possession, importing and supplying cannabis seeds is exempt from legislation in the Netherlands. The trafficking of cannabis seeds is clearly included in the national Opium Law. But for example in the UK it is legal to buy seeds, but it is illegal to germinate cannabis seeds. So please check your local law before buying seeds in Holland. Please read our disclaimer for more information.

How can I know for sure that the order is placed properly?

When you place an order at Suzy Seeds, this will automatically be saved in our database. You will receive a confirmation email with an overview of the cannabis seeds that you've ordered. If you haven't received an email, check your spam folder in the email program that you use. You can also always log in on the website using your account to have a look at your orders. Here you will find the current status of the order. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email and the order status will change in your account. You can always send an e mail to our service center. They can check the status of your order : info@suzyseeds.com

Can I cancel an order?

You can easily cancel an order. If you haven't paid for the order, you don't have to inform us about your cancellation. In this case, the order will be cancelled automatically after a certain period of time. If you have already paid, then the order can only be cancelled if your order has not been sent yet. Check the order status in your account to know if your order can still be cancelled.

Can I change my address or is it possible to have my order delivered to a different address?

You can change your address in your account on our website. It is also possible to have your order delivered to a friend or acquaintance. You can indicate this during the order process. Of course, it is not possible to change the delivery address if the order has already been sent.

What will appear on the credit card or bank statement?

Privacy at Suzy Seeds is our top priority. The word seeds will never appear on your credit card or bank statement. So no one can ever find out you've bought cannabis seeds. We carefully process your data and would never provide this information to third parties.

Can I have my order delivered at a P.O. Box office address?

It is possible to have your order delivered at a P.O. Box address. Please note: A recorded delivery will have to be signed by a staff member of the sub post office.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship your order as soon as we've received the payment. It usually takes about 2 to 6 working days before the order arrives. Sometimes it can take longer, but if you have a track and trace numbre, you can see when you parcel is arraving. We always wait for maximum 21 days before we resend an insured order.

How is my order sent?

All orders are sent by Post NL. The cannabis seeds are packed in a sturdy bubble envelope or parcel. You can't tell from the exterior of the parcel that there are cannabis seeds inside. Only your name and the return address (Suzy Seeds is not mentioned) are on the package.

To which countries do you deliver?

Suzy Seeds does not send seeds to countries where it is forbidden to trade in cannabis seeds, for instance , Australia, parts of Asia, Luxemburg, China and all other countries where the sale of cannabis seeds is considered illegal. Click here for the complete list.
