| Production | Yellow Lemon Haze is fairly easy to grow and has a good yield. It becomes a large plant with beautiful long branches. The plant has a slim Sativa growth pattern, but with long buds and with extra-long hair. You can grow Yellow Lemon Haze indoors and outdoors, but it does need the right climate outdoors. Therefore I always grow it indoors. Outdoors you can harvest it in October, after a flowering period of 9 to 10 weeks. Indoors the plant soon grows taller than one metre, but outdoors (with the right climate) it can become really huge. In the flowering stage I regularly add a potassium mixture, so that the buds develop optimally and the plant blooms profusely. |
| Character & Flavour | The buds become huge with amber crystals. The scent is rich, buttery and fat, with citrus and floral notes. I find the flavour delicious, floral and lemony upon inhaling, but somewhat coffee-like and bitter upon exhaling. Yellow Lemon Haze is a true haze and the effect is intense. It provides a powerful high that starts with a strong physical sensation, followed by a rising sense of euphoria. Smoking Yellow Lemon Haze also makes me very sociable, good-humoured, giggly and excited. I prefer to smoke Yellow Lemon Haze on weekends, when I have no obligations, but just go out or chill with a few friends. In the medicinal field Yellow lemon Haze works well against stress, pain and poor appetite. |
